View Modes
An interesting GoalEnforcer feature is that it allows you to visualize the same project info in 3 different view modes.

1. The view mode is set to "Map View" by default. Here's where you design your goal setting plan by adding and editing goals, sub-goals and tasks.
2. Click the next view mode button and it should bring you to the "Tree View" mode.

3. While in "Tree View" mode, click a row to select it. A row will turn yellow when it's selected.

4. If a row displays a small triangle, that means it contains sub-goals. Click on the small triangle to expand the row and show the sub-goals.
5. Any goal (or task) name can be edited. To change a goal name click on the goal's row once in order to select it (it will turn yellow). Then click again over the goal name field. It will allow you to modify its content.

6. You can also modify the other fields for goals that have no sub-goals (no triangle). A goal without sub-goals is called a leaf goal (which is actually a task).

Note: a goal can be split into sub-goals, and sub-goals can be further split into more sub-goals and so on. If you reach a level where a sub-goal doesn't need to be split into more sub-goals, you actually reached a task: it is an action that can be executed to achieve its parent goal. Goals can be achieved by the execution of tasks.
7. You can not only adjust dates (due date, start date and finish date), but you can also adjust the percentage done (Status column), done checkbox and also add/edit notes.

8. The third view mode: Gant Chart View.

9. Gantt Chart: changing due dates.

10. Gantt Chart: changing start dates.

11. Then repeat the same process mentioned above: click on a row to select it, click over the date to open the calendar window, and then select the new date.
